Avanta Guard Ltd operates a strict NO-REFUND policy.

All payments made to us are final and non-refundable, subject only to mandatory legal requirements under UK law.

2. Payment Method

  • We do not accept deposits or upfront payments

  • All payments are made face-to-face using a POS card terminal

  • Payments are taken after services are delivered or at agreed intervals for ongoing services

Once a POS card payment has been authorised and completed, it is deemed final.

3. No Refunds – What This Means

Refunds, partial refunds, credits, or reversals will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Client dissatisfaction

  • Cancellation or postponement of events

  • Partial use of services

  • Early termination by the client

  • Failure to attend or utilise services

  • External circumstances beyond our control

  • Force majeure events

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or card disputes for payments made

  • Any attempt to reverse a payment without legal grounds may be treated as a breach of contract

  • We reserve the right to challenge unjustified chargebacks with supporting documentation

This policy does not affect statutory consumer protections where applicable.

5. Legal Exception (UK Law)

Refunds will be provided only where strictly required by mandatory UK law, including applicable consumer protection legislation.

No discretionary or goodwill refunds are offered.

6. Business-to-Business Services

Where services are provided to businesses, organisations, or public bodies:

  • Payments remain strictly non-refundable

  • Consumer cancellation rights generally do not apply

7. Service Withdrawal or Refusal

If we withdraw or refuse services due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Unlawful conditions

  • Client misconduct

  • Non-cooperation

Any services already provided remain payable and non-refundable.

8. Acknowledgement

By proceeding with payment, the client confirms that:

  • Services have been delivered or are being delivered as agreed

  • Payment is authorised willingly

  • The No Refund Policy has been clearly communicated and accepted

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refunds Policy at any time.
The version published on our website at the time of payment shall apply.
